Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is successfully processed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the registered email within 24 hours of receipt. Customers are encouraged to check their inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation message. If the confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe, please contact our support team on admin@babyeats.ae for assistance.
Delivery/ Shipping Policy
LIFE STAGES RESTAURANT AND CATERING LLC provides and delivers catering services solely to partnering Institutions bound by a legal contract and in full compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements regarding Nursery & School Catering. All meals are delivered in temperature controlled vehicles and are kept at a safe storage temperature at all times. The meals shall not be consumed outside the institutional premises where the service is provided.
It is advised that unfinished, untouched or touched, leftover food be discarded at the nursery to maintain food safety at all times. Parents who opt to take the food home, shall do so at their own risk. Those parents shall not hold The Institution and BabyEats (LIFE STAGES RESTAURANT & CATERING LLC) liable for any claims, losses and/ or damages including but not limited to food poisoning, illness, food spoilage related to directly or indirectly handling, consuming, serving the meals after the designated mealtime at the nursery and more so after leaving the nursery premises regardless of the apparent condition of meals.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All orders, meal plans, packages, and subscriptions placed with LIFE STAGES RESTAURANT AND CATERING LLC are strictly non-refundable to the original payment method under any circumstances once confirmed and paid.
This includes, without limitation, cases of illness, medical leave, dissatisfaction with the service, change of preference, emergency leave or travel, nursery or school closure, immediate closures or restrictions imposed by any authority, including KHDA, MOE, Dubai Municipality, or any other relevant authority, adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or any other personal, operational, external, or unforeseen circumstances occurring during the validity of the purchased order, package, subscription, or meal plan.
Clients may request to freeze or hold their subscription only in accordance with the process and notice period set out in the Subscription Freeze / Hold Section. Any freeze, hold, cancellation, or absence request submitted with less than the required notice period (48 hours) shall not be accepted, and the scheduled meals and/or services shall remain fully chargeable.
For avoidance of doubt, any approved freeze or hold shall not result in a cash refund, card refund, bank transfer refund, or refund to the original payment method. Any eligible adjustment, where approved, shall be handled only as wallet credit, or account credit, subject to the applicable terms.
Subscription Freeze
Clients may request to temporarily place their subscription on hold by submitting a request via https://lifestages.babyeats.ae/freeze-plan/
Requests must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, calculated up to 8:00 AM Dubai Time of the intended hold date. Example: To freeze an order starting Wednesday, a request must be submitted on or before Monday 8:00 am Dubai Time.
Approved freeze days will be converted into wallet credit, which can be used for future orders.
Cancellation requests submitted with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice cannot be accepted and will remain fully chargeable, regardless of the reason.
This includes, without limitation, cancellations or absences arising from immediate closures imposed by any authority, including KHDA, MOE, Dubai Municipality, or any other relevant authority; emergency leave or travel; sickness or medical leave; adverse weather conditions; force majeure events; or any other unforeseen circumstances occurring during the validity of the purchased service, package, or meal plan.
For avoidance of doubt, where the required 48-hour notice period is not met, the scheduled meals and/or services shall be deemed confirmed and fully payable.
Credit Policy
All wallet credits issued are valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance or until the end of the following academic term, whichever occurs earlier.
Unused credit after this period will automatically expire.
